Earth may have had 2 moons

A tiny second moon may once have orbited Earth before catastrophically slamming into the other one, a titanic clash that could explain why the two sides of the surviving lunar satellite are so different from each other

Fuck yeah space news! I love this idea by the way. The earth needed another accessory even if it was earth as protoplanet that was there to witness it and not our true earth with animals and bacteria all running around on it and stuff.
