Huffington Post, I appreciate your large main headline and your photo essays and your mixture of news (things I care about) and pop culture (things I don’t, but I appreciate it is there) and the regional list of hot new joints and the rocking-est new rockstar rockin’ chefs to hit the scene, but I don’t appreciate this new regional list which makes it sound like pies went out of style at some point.
Huffington Post, have we ever hung out? If we would have hung out at all most of this year there was a good stretch of time where you would have ended most weekend nights with a piece of pie and I’m not talking about pizza or a great career move.
I scoff at your presumption of pie being the new “it” dessert. Desserts never go out of style, they only go in. The dessert trend road is a one-way street my friend.
